How do I get started?
Send us your floor plan (a developer PDF, a real-estate listing plan, or even a hand sketch with measurements) plus a few photos of interiors you like. We will come back with initial ideas and the next steps — the fastest way is WhatsApp.
Can I order just one room, or does it have to be the whole home?
Both work. Most clients start with a kitchen or a full floor, then add rooms. Whole-home orders benefit from matched finishes across rooms and one combined shipment, but there is no minimum beyond a single room.
How is the price calculated?
After design, you receive one itemised fixed quote covering design, materials, production and export packing, broken down by room. There are no hourly design fees, and the agreed price is confirmed in writing before production starts. Shipping is quoted separately for your destination so you can compare options.
How long does a project take?
Design and revisions typically take 1–3 weeks depending on the number of rooms. Production usually runs 4–6 weeks after approval, and sea freight varies by destination. We give you a written timeline with your quote, before you commit.
Do you ship to my country?
We pack for export and ship worldwide. Tell us your city and we will confirm the delivery route and options — door-to-port or door-to-door — in your quote.
Who installs the furniture?
Units arrive labelled with assembly drawings. Most clients use a local carpenter or installer, and we support them directly with drawings, photos and video calls. If you already have a contractor, we are happy to coordinate measurements and details with them.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Every unit is checked and photographed before packing. If anything arrives damaged or not as approved, tell us on WhatsApp with photos — replacement or repair arrangements are confirmed in writing in your order terms before production.
